Learn Tai Chi/Qigong

Tai Chi/ Qigong study and practice is life changing.  Tai Chi is highly recommended by the medical community and is validated with research studies conducted by Harvard Medical School and others. Tai Chi combines balance training, inner and outer body strength, and mind focus, as well as providing a means to meditation and stress reduction. Tai Chi is an internal martial art that channels inner energy. 

 

Qigong (pronounced Chee- kung) is an ancient Shaolin

(Chinese) form of simple, easy to follow, exercises, that channel your own inner energy toward well-being and
self-healing. Qigong provides the natural foundation for the integration of Tai Chi practice. 
 

No experience is necessary. Beginners welcome. Individuals with disabilities are welcome. Private Lessons can be scheduled at mutually convenient days and times.

Low Impact Aerobics

Get fit. Keep fit.
This studio and live online class is designed to keep adults moving!   Increased balance, endurance, functional power, and weight loss, are just some of the benefits gained from these workouts! Cover approximately 5K in one hour, while having fun to the music. Music playlists are original and developed by the instructor for maximum cardio benefit. Work at your own pace.  

All fitness levels. Basic walking steps for a cardio workout.

Cardio session included, as well as a Qigong stretch. 

60 min class.
